In a recent Westminster Hall debate on UK Defence Industry Procurement, I was pleased to speak about small-scale entrants who are able to move into procurement because of the way the UK system works. On a recent visit to Horiba MIRA in my constituency, they reported that this is something the UK are leading the world on.
