Local MP calls on Education Secretary to commit to meeting on improving SEN provision

I know how important Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision is to families across our community, why is why I was pleased to help secure a new 90-place special school in Leicestershire and for our area to be part of the pilot for the Government’s SEND and Alternative Provision Improvement Plan.

I recently asked the Secretary of State for Education meet with me and the other Leicestershire MPs to discuss how we can take forward changes and improvements for local SEN provision.
