Yesterday, 11 February, I was pleased to take part in a Westminster Hall debate on the important local issue of the proposed Hinckley national rail freight interchange.
The debate was proposed by my colleague Alberto Costa, the Member of Parliament for South Leicestershire.
Under parliamentary rules, as I have not yet made my maiden speech, I was unable to make a substantive speech in the debate; as such my own contributions are all interventions.
If you are interested in the proposed national rail freight interchange, and I am sure many of you are, it is worth watching the debate.
