My question to the Health Secretary about Quality Outcome Framework data

As a GP I know that collecting QOF (Quality Outcome Frameworks) data can be a significant administrative burden. Last night I asked the Health Secretary if he plans to reduce this burden during the current Covid-19 outbreak.
