Dr Luke calls on Government to create national centre for SEND

Around 40% of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) referrals in Leicestershire relate to autism and ADHD. 

To address this and ensure younger people have access to specialist help, I have called on the Government to create a national centre for SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) which takes education and health together and pools those services as specialisms.
