Local MP asks how the Government is supporting small businesses with National Living Wage increase

Yesterday I asked Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Laura Trott, what the Government is doing to support Local Authorities and small businesses who will find it hard to accommodate the 9.8% increase to the National Living Wage, which rises in April to £11.44 per hour.
