It’s fair to say that the past few years in politics – even the last seven years – have been unpredictable. The big surprise this week was the Prime Minister bringing back David Cameron as Foreign Secretary.
No one expected to see Cameron walking up Downing Street on Monday morning, but some were happy at the return and some were annoyed.
