As of today 214 pharmacies across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland have signed up to treat seven common conditions without prescriptions.
As someone who's been a Doctor since 2007 this is a welcome step forward to provide access for those who need it (it's estimated to free up 10 million GP appointments per year!)
I know there's still more work to secure improved access to healthcare, but this is welcome news.
