Over 200 people from Bosworth had signed the petition on micro chipping pets so it was a pleasure to be called and speak on their behalf in the Westminster Hall debate on the topic.
I was able to touch on a more personal aspect of my life, my beloved whippets Ada and Roux.
The despair of losing a pet has become even more evident through the pandemic with pet theft on the rise.
I am pleased the Pet Theft Taskforce is underway looking at solutions and I will continue to press to make sure the Government takes action.
