Having raised energy security a number of times in the House, I was pleased to hear today from the Business and Energy Secretary that a study on energy blackouts will be published in the coming weeks.
This is on the back of yesterday’s announcement that wholesale gas and electricity prices will be capped and discounted for businesses, charities, schools and hospitals from October 1st.
