Thanks to Sports Minister Stuart Andrew for meeting with me recently. I raised the use of Anabolic Steroids and Image and Performance Enhancing Drugs (IPEDs) and asked whether their use can be looked at in the pending sports strategy.
The Minister has agreed to continue to look into this area and speak with other Government departments about what can be done to tackle the growing use of steroids.
