An honour to be representing UK Parliament as part of a cross-Party delegation for the UK at the Parliamentary Hearing at the United Nations in New York.
The summit, with international counterparts, was focussed on 'Putting an end to conflicts: Prescriptions for a Peaceful Future'. With my current role in the Ministry of Defence, it is hugely beneficial to be part of this wider discussion.
I was able to address other delegates on the UK's responsibilities to security, prosperity and the environment.
