Planning reform and house building targets in relation to the White Paper

Today I spoke in the House of Commons about planning reform and house building targets.

I spoke about why reform is needed; why it must include infrastructure - such as improvements to the A5 and Hinckley Academy; and why it must be done carefully to protect communities like Bagworth, Stoke Golding or Market Bosworth.
